These roles require someone who brings calm and order to ambiguity, highly adaptable, and ready to take on diverse responsibilities. Generally, you will do what needs to be done. You will be instrumental in the lives of our Hosts and Joeys and our ability to deliver the JoeyCo Win-Win. To be clear, the sky is the limit for this company and these roles, but there is plenty of work to be done.

Open Roles

  • Location: SF Bay Area, CA; Other CA

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Marketplace Management:

      • Oversee and manage the local marketplace pipeline - from initial customer contact through renewals

      • Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers (Hosts) and students (Joeys)

      • Conduct interviews, home visits, reference checks, and other “on the ground” business needs

      • Maintain up-to-date and accurate profiles for both customers (Hosts) and prospective Joeys

    • Sales:

      • Maintain high touch sales process throughout territory and convert customers to Hosts with JoeyCo

      • Identify & Sell: Actively identify and reach out to potential Host customers in your local area.
